- There are a multitude of fashionable fur coats on the market these days. Their presence is especially prevalent in New York City. New York City is the fashion capitol of the world (arguably). There is no mystery as to why fur fashion would be omnipresent here. The quality of any fur coat configuration is what matters. I am a self proclaimed fashionista. I can be found at nearly all of New York City’s fashion haunts. Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci, Armani, Tom Ford, Valentino,I shop them all. The best fur coats I have ever acquired have come from Marc Kaufman Furs. Their longevity in the fur marketplace and placement at the top of the furrier chain is what drew me to them in the first place. My latest piece is a ranch mink fur jacket with blue iris mink inserts. It was a hit at the Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Rose Hall the other night. a well designed fur coat never fails to turn heads. It happens to me all the time.
