Women's Fur Coats & Jackets

Our women’s fur coats and jackets are made and fitted in our New York workroom, as they have been since 1870. This collection brings every women’s piece together in one place, from a short jacket for everyday wear to a full-length coat for the coldest nights of the year.

Most women start with the fur. Mink is light, warm and easy to wear every day. Fox has the most volume and the widest range of colours. Russian sable is the softest and the rarest, and chinchilla the lightest of all. Lynx, rex rabbit and Persian lamb complete the range.

Length is the second choice. A jacket stops at the hip and works over jeans. A stroller, our word for a coat that ends between the hip and mid-thigh, is the most versatile. A full-length coat gives the most warmth and the most drama. For a hood, see our hooded fur coats; for a fuller cut, our plus size fur coats are made to fit.

Colour is where women’s furs have changed the most. Alongside natural browns, blacks and whites, we dye mink and fox in blush, fuchsia, sapphire, red and green. See every shade in our coloured furs, or go straight to our pink mink coats.
