Description
A poncho cut with an Indian-inspired geometric pattern features a high standing collar and wide arm openings, constructed with horizontal bands. The pelts display the natural rust and silver-grey tones characteristic of red fox, paired with patterned printed lining visible at the sides. It is an open-front garment worn thrown over the shoulders without closures.
Horizontal construction means the pelts run across the body rather than vertically, creating distinct parallel bands of color and texture around the torso. This 4 lbs piece balances substantial warmth with the fluid, loose drape of a poncho silhouette. The multi-directional patterning on the side panels adds visual depth to the block layout.
Every garment is made and altered in our own New York workroom, and will be fitted before it leaves.
