Horizontal construction means the pelts run across the body rather than vertically down it, creating pronounced parallel lines through the torso. At 6 lbs, the garment carries substantial weight from dense pelts and lining.
Every garment is made and altered in our own New York workroom, and will be fitted before it leaves.
