Description
A short pink mink jacket worked in wide horizontal bands, with no collar and a single fastening at the throat, so it sits open across the chest and stops at the hip. The sleeves are full and banded to match.
Mink takes dye evenly because the underfur is so dense and fine, and a pale colour shows the banding far more clearly than a dark one would. On a horizontal cut that is the whole point: the rows are the design. Six pounds.
