Horizontal pelts mean the skins run across the body rather than vertically. This layout emphasizes the fluid drape of the jacket and gives the soft white body a distinct rhythmic pattern. The garment weighs 6 lbs, giving it a substantial feel.
Each garment is made and altered in our own New York workroom, and will be fitted before it leaves.
