Three generations in one jacket. This family purple striped black mink set is the striped hooded design in every size we cut it, from a child’s to a grandfather’s, each in black skins worked in horizontal bands with a full hood, a zip to the chin, a band of royal purple beside gold down every sleeve and both flap pockets crossed with the same colours. The photographs show it on three of a family and on five; the set is made up for however many of you are coming.

Every piece is cut on the same pattern, so the stripe lands at the same place on a six-year-old and on her grandmother, and every piece is fitted here, together, in our own workroom on West 30th Street. A child’s hem or sleeve is let down as they grow. Tell us the ages and the count when you order and we quote the set as one.

The adult jackets are also sold on their own and as a pair on the Game Day collection. The family set is on our clearance rail for now, and every piece can come back to us each spring to be stored, cleaned and repaired by the people who made it.
