Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for store credit or full refunds within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

- Original Packaging: Please return the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
- Proof of Purchase: You must include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return.
Ineligible Returns:

- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
Return Process:

- Pack Your Return: Once you have received your RA number, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if available. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or packing slip inside the package.

Refunds and Store Credit:
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Store Credit: If you choose to receive store credit for your return, you will receive a credit code via email that can be used towards future purchases on our website. Store credit does not expire.
