At Marc Kaufman Furs, each garment is crafted, selected, or finished with a focus on luxury, individuality, and long-term value. Due to the nature of fine fur and custom outerwear, our policies are designed to reflect the standards of a high-end, made-to-order retail experience.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer standard returns or monetary refunds.
In select cases, an exchange or store credit may be considered at our sole discretion. Eligibility is determined based on the condition of the item, order type, and overall compliance with our guidelines.
Exchange Eligibility
- Unworn & Unaltered: Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or modification.
- Original Presentation: Items should be returned with tags, packaging, and all included materials.
- Verified Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all requests.
Non-Eligible Items
- Custom-made, altered, or personalized garments
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Items not in original condition

- Marc Kaufman Furs is not responsible for items sent without prior authorization.
