Returns and Exchanges:

⚠️ No Refunds — Store Credit Only within 10 Days of Purchase Date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unaltered: The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Original Packaging: Please return the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return.

Ineligible Returns:

  • Items returned after 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone at +1-212-563-3877 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack Your Return: Once you have received your RA number, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if available. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or packing slip inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the following address:

If the item doesn’t fit or there’s an issue, we’ll gladly arrange a free return.

Just save the original box, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS label (U.S. only).

Store Credit Policy

  • Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive store credit via email in the form of a code.

  • This code can be used for future purchases on kaufmanfurs.com.

  • Store credit does not expire.
