New Feature by Marc Kaufman Furs
SEE IT ON YOU.
Fur is back at the center of fashion — and this is where you'll find the pieces defining the moment. Marc Kaufman Furs' trend edit gathers the cuts, colors, and silhouettes that are dominating the runway, the red carpet, and the street right now, all hand-crafted by New York's furrier since 1870.
The current fur moment is being driven by a few clear directions: quiet-luxury neutrals in mink and sable for understated wealth; bold, oversized silhouettes that make a statement from across the room; cropped and bomber cuts that read young and modern; and vivid color for those who want to stand out. Whatever the season is saying, you'll find it here first.
Today's fur trends start with the people wearing them. From music to film to sport, the icons setting the agenda are wearing the same styles we craft — explore the looks in our celebrity collection, and read why fur is back in the fashion conversation.
Trend-right fur is about proportion and contrast: an oversized fox over slim tailoring, a sleek mink with denim and sneakers, or a cropped jacket over an evening look. The rule is simple — let the fur be the moment.
We don't just follow fur trends — for over 150 years, we've helped set them. Browse this season's most-wanted styles, or visit our showroom at 212 West 30th Street to find the piece that puts you ahead of it.
